Over the summer, we told you about a proposed seven home development on Crease Street in Fishtown, which was modified from a ten home project that was proposed last spring. We were in the neighborhood the other day and noticed that quite a bit of progress has occurred since we last paid a visit.

As you can see, the old warehouse has been demolished and several new homes have been framed out. Once the project is complete, it will look like these renderings, provided by JKR Partners.

Not quite there yet

It’s great to see this project progressing, and another underused old warehouse transforming into useful space in this neighborhood. Now, if only all the road work in the area could be finished…
