In January, we told you about the beginnings of foundations on the 1500 block of Ogden Street. While the 1400 and 1600 blocks of this street are largely vacant, primed for redevelopment, this block has several existing properties. Two more four story buildings have risen this year, as you can see below:

Ogden Realty LP is building these two three-unit buildings, which we’re guessing will be rentals. The redevelopment of these lots has apparently resulted in the demolition of the blown-out shell next door, which is only good news for the surrounding neighborhood.

Now, if only the other nearby blocks of Ogden Street could see a little of this, the eastern end of Francisville would be in for some serious positive change.
