Passyunk SquareA couple of weeks ago, we brought a new, nearly complete mixed-use building at 12th and Latona Sts. to your attention, mentioning the beginnings of interior demolition work at the large, vacant warehouse next door. This will be the site of the second, much larger phase of this development, which will see ten homes go up in the coming months.

At some point in the past two weeks, the work has changed from subtle interior demolition work to leveling the entire building. Walking by two weeks ago, you could easily miss the fact that something was going on here. Nowadays, not so much.

No more warehouse
We’ll keep an eye on this corner and bring you another update once some homes start going up. In the meantime, we suspect the near neighbors will have a week or two to enjoy their new views.
