welcome to Point Breeze

Back in August, we wrote about six foundations on the desolate 2000 block of Annin St., and may have also launched into a short rant about property taxes. Based on the progress that’s taken place on the site in the past two months, no one can accuse developer Roman Mosheyev of taking his time.

Now, if only someone else would starting building on this block…

    I think other developers are still hesitant about developing this block. However, if these 6 homes were to sell instantly for around 300K, then I think the hesitation would disappear.
