Since Clybourne Park covers gentrification and issues surrounding residential rehabs, we’re asking readers to submit a photo of the worst rehab they can find in Philadelphia. We’ll accept either a tasteless rehab or an unfortunate new construction building. Something that doesn’t fit in with its surroundings, or the rest of the city. Something that uses cheap materials, or features regrettable architectural choices. To give you an idea of what could win, here’s an example:
