Every Philadelphian remembers the famous scene in Rocky, where the Italian Stallion runs through the Italian Market while training for the big fight with Apollo Creed. The market and its surroundings have changed some in the past twenty-five years, with the addition of several taquerias on 9th Street and the proliferation of Asian restaurants on Washington Avenue.

Tonight, the history and the modern diversity of the Italian Market will be celebrated with the latest Night Market event, brought to us by the Food Trust.
