The building

The Logan Square Neighborhood Association voted not to oppose applicants seeking permits for a new eat-in restaurant at the site. A neighborhood development agreement (NDA) evolved out of the process because this application was for the vacant Store D in a four-storefront location. LSNA members wanted to be sure none of the other stores at this address, which include 3J’s Café and Kansai, could later become a convenience store. Those issues and others like noise, outdoor seating, and traffic congestion were addressed and resolved in the NDA.
