
A few months ago Oliver’s Antiques left its location at 21st Street and Fairmount Avenue, creating an opportunity for new business development in a top neighborhood retail location where foot traffic is steady. In its spot at 2052 Fairmount Avenue, across the street from Mugshots CoffeeHouse and Café, is the hair salon SNIP. Owners Sean Korban and Jeremy Burns committed to a three-year lease at the location, passionate to create a destination salon where “the focus is on giving great cuts, color and styling.” Interior décor boasts hardwood floors, black walls with white trim and deep comfy leather couches.
