A reader gave us the heads up about two zoning notices on vacant lots on 31st St. in Brewerytown, next door to a new construction home that we’ve actually told you about in the past. So we headed over there yesterday and snapped a couple of photos.

They were right

As promised, we did indeed discover two zoning notices at 1237-39 N 31st St., notifying the world about a hearing tomorrow for the construction of two single family homes. The developer appears to be Steph-Sin, the folks who recently built the home next door. Impressively, these were (and continue to be, until public record reflects it) PRA-owned lots that Steph-Sin was able to acquire and now is on the verge of developing.
