In January, we updated you on the progress of four homes on the 600 block of Poplar Street, on the edge of Northern Liberties. At the time, we speculated on the upper boundary for the pricing of these homes, guessing that people wouldn’t pay much above $400K, given the location. Well, the homes are finished and none have sold just yet from what we can divine, but it seems that we were incredibly low on our pricing estimate. All four homes are currently listed at $665-675K. Wow.

The developers must be feeling bullish about these houses, because it seems that four more homes are on the way. Note that the four lots next door to the easternmost home look like they’re moving toward becoming a new construction site.
