welcome to Washington Square West

The client who purchased this unit in the Aria Condominium at 1419 Locust Street did so because they fell in love with the Busybee-staged unit. After moving in, they wanted Busybee to come back and make it feel more like home, which included some custom wallpaper work. “Sometimes potential buyers get emotionally attached if a unit is staged well,” says Anna Powers of Busybee. ” They trusted BB to make it unique. In this case, the wallpaper replaces the need for wall art.” We love the work and are happy to share these unique home design ideas with our readers, who probably still have “Hang In There” kitten posters on their walls. —-Caitlin Connors

The wallpaper is from JW Showroom at the Marketplace, and this particular pattern is called Lalika, Busybee tells us. Electrical outlet and light switch panels were even wrapped in the paper.
